  • You can secure Design Time on my calendar by filling out a booking inquiry and scheduling a free 30-minute Chat with JP.

    During your Chat with JP, we'll discuss your objectives for the project, share JP's design process and the tools to help you prepare, and see if we're a good fit to design your website

    After the Chat with JP, you must pay a 50% deposit to secure your Design Time on my design calendar.

  • I require a 50% deposit to hold your spot on my calendar. The second half of your payment will be due on the day of your launch before I hand off the final files or add you as an administrator to your site.

    All payments are made online using a secure system to process credit card payments or an ACH transfer.

  • 100%! The free consultation call is an opportunity for both of us to determine if the project is a good fit. During the call, we will review the project to understand your goals and objectives. Then I will discuss my service and outline the expectations of each party. Then if both parties agree the project is a good fit, we will schedule a kick-off call, and a contract will be sent to you. There is no pressure or hidden costs

  • Most of my clients use the $12 or $18/month plan. These prices include hosting and storage, and you'll also need to purchase a domain name (roughly $10-$20/year). For more detailed pricing, you can check out Squarespace pricing.

  • Absolutely. I'll help you with the transfer. No problem.

  • On a specific date that is outlined in the contract, you can reschedule or I can design your website with placeholders, and you can fill it in.

  • You can add additional pages to any package for a fee.

  • If you don't have good images, I strongly recommend hiring a photographer or trying and taking pictures yourself. Most photography on the web today is taken via cell phone.

    If your product or service is not conducive to taking pictures, I have a Stock Photography package where I can find images that would work for your website.

  • The payment plan offers 2 installments:

    • 50% - Time of booking to hold your design time.

    • 50% - The day your new website goes live

    Your credit card will automatically be charged on each of those specific dates. The dates will be included in your Service Contract with JP Design Company.

  • Not a problem.

    We will start with a Content Strategy Session. We identify your already created content and discuss what content needs to be created.

    You will receive the JP Design Company Content planning Guide to assist with the information you need for each page.

    You will also receive the JP Design Company Pre-launch WorkSheet. This worksheet outlines other critical information that I will need to design your new website.
